Jerzy KERN - SOME ISSUES OF IMPEMENTATION OF EC DIRECTIVES ON WASTE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT IN THE COUNTRY

Abstract

In the paper there are characterised main regulations, proposed in the Drafts of the EC Directives on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. There are also presented implications for Poland and other European countries, resulting of implementation of the Directives in practise.
