Abstract

One of the aspects of the ECO-design of the integrated circuits and electronic printed circuit boards (PCBs) is taking into the considerations problems of testing and repairing of the electronic equipment. In the article is presented current standard test port and are given selected equipment - systems, which are auxiliary in the equipment testing with the help of test port.
